She manages and fulfilled different roles & responsibilities across the SDLC cycle to fill in the gaps to keep the engineering process rolling, this enabling Business continuity. I've delivered the various products to the market with an optimal lower time to market by incorporating Engineering Best practices which eliminate the uncertainties for delivering engineering solutions to the customer.  She has experience in building a wide range of products starting from Frontend (Web applications & Mobile), middle layer (APIs, serverless, Data Streaming) to backend technologies (NoSQL, Data Analytics, Reporting). 2019-Present

Sr. Engineering Manager @ Best Buy

  • Hired and developed a self-organizing team of 10+ engineers to build an end-to-end solution for Best Buy's Ad platform involving intelligent Ad placement to monitoring and collecting data for generating Attribution reports to Advertisers and Vendors.

  • Collaborated with product managers, technical program managers, and partner teams necessitating a comfort-level with ambiguity and a desire to create, iterate, and improve Ad products. 

  • Led QA and Dev efforts in identifying low-quality ads in terms of performance and negative keyword testing to improve the quality, consistency, maintainability, performance, and scalability of the Ad placements on different platform types. 

  • Drove the DevOps culture by directing the team towards monitoring and alerting for major deliverables end-to-end. 

  • Worked on delivering Sponsored products, Display Ads, implementing IAB standards, CCPA, Tag Management and performance, API access to Ad Attribution data, Data collection, and elimination of data redundancy leading to org level data democratization.

  • Drove the UX and development of various Ad products (viz., Display Ads, Sponsored listing, and Sponsored Carousels) on .com and Mobile App platform driving the Ad revenue.
